1969 Mercury Cougar
I have owned it for 20 years and have done lots of customization to it. It was originally Ford yellow with green interior, now its metallic blue with black interior.
I had a 70 Eliminator kit pinstriped into the paint scheme. The front drum brakes were converted to disk brakes. Steel braided fuel lines. Subframe connectors. Cragar wheels and BFG tires.
I had hood pins, front and rear spoilers installed like an Eliminator. The engine was bored and stroked to 408. It was dyno tested about 600HP at crank at sea level. There is only a few hundred miles on the rebuilt motor. The front flip up headlights and rear sequential blinkers work.

Notable things wrong
69 Cougars did not come with bolt in windows Like the 70 Cougars, they were glued in style. The windows could use an adjustment at a place like Safelite.
The car has a few chips and dings here and there, but nothing severe.
The stalk speedometer odometer cable does not plug into the Super Street Fighter transmission and will need a conversion. (I do not know how to do it)
The electric fuel pump is noisy.
Vehicle is located in Denver, CO.
